Tried a new food cart downtown called Delacata.............should also have delicious in that sign. Since we just returned from a long trip part of which was spent in Catfish country imagine my delight to find fried catfish.....not the whole fish like in the South or where I grew up in Illinois.......but perfectly fried fillets.............so good! It was served with jalapeno cheddar hushpuppies, cilantro lime coleslaw and dill alioli dipping sauce but the catfish didn't need any help.........I will definitely return to try some of the other offerings. I am not sure how this food got here but I do hope it stays.......
